CGST CAHAYA SDN BHD // MASTER AGREEMENT 2026

01. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing this site or engaging with CGST Cahaya Sdn Bhd for mineral or metal recovery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these deployment parameters, please terminate your session immediately.

02. Intellectual Property

All tech-grid designs, “Bento” layouts, industrial recovery methodologies, and brand assets are the exclusive property of CGST Cahaya. Unauthorized replication of our facility’s operational logic or digital interface is strictly prohibited.

03. Service Specifications

While we aim for 99.8% purity in metal streams, all chemical and thermal recovery outcomes are subject to the quality of the raw “spent” material provided. CGST Cahaya reserves the right to refuse materials that do not meet our safety threshold.

04. Limitation of Liability

CGST Cahaya Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or systemic damages resulting from the use of our recovered secondary resources in construction or foundry applications beyond the certified specs provided at the time of delivery.

05. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
